Billionaires' Fallout Shelter

I am still checking on the mail to see if I am invited to this Vivos Underground Survival Shelters. There just 10 spaces left, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Located in Germany, this invitation only, five stars, underground survival complex is one of the most fortified underground shelter on earth. It was built by the Soviets during the cold war and was auctioned by the Germany government soon after the reunification.
If you are lucky enough to get invited, you will be provided with 2,500 sq ft of floor area, upgradeable to 5,000 sq ft two stories private living area. You are welcome to use your own favorite architect to customize your living quarters to suit your taste.
Here are a few of the shelter's security amenities (I don't think you will need ADT anymore):

  • 227,904 sq ft of secured, blast proof living areas with additional 43,906 sq ft of above ground office and warehouse buildings.
  • All shelters areas are located behind 3 separate nuclear blast and radiation entrance.
  • Each of the three main tunnel entrances includes an outer security lock door system, followed by a 40 ton hydraulic access door.
  • The second set of steel doors is an airtight seal shut and will protect the shelters from chemical, biological and gas intrusion.
For complete details of this ridiculous structure visit Vivos web or Forbes. That tell us something, we got to be in the billionaires club to have a chance of getting the invitation.
My closest encounter to this kind of living just the vault on Fallout Shelter.

Pokemonia Interior Design Ideas

Welp, can't help but to go with the flow now can we? It's Pokemon Apocalypse going on right now. It's taking over the world. Everywher we see gamers, raging from kids to adults out hunting the monsters in almost every corner of the city. There's always a bright side of course, the gamers now forced to get off the couch and venture outdoors. They used to be Dracula, scared of the sun, now they embrace the outdoor.
I see this as a new interior design trend that soon will be hugely as popular as the Pokemon game itself. Already, a bunch of companies hopped in the Pokemon wagon with their creative ideas.
Shoko Nakagawa shows  us why she is the Queen Of Pokemon, just look at her house here.

Creative Shoe Rack DIY

DIY weekend project from Stephanie Lynn site will help us organize that never ending clutter, the shoes. I am sure most up us having that problem as we speak. Hate is strong word, so I just gonna say that I despise a dozen shoes laying around as soon as I open the closet door, just like that Titanic debris. It's a boot organizer DIY, but I am sure we can alwaystweak it to suit our need. Have a great weekend and have fun doing the project.

Learn How To Draw Like A Boss

I always wonder if there's a way for us to learn how to draw an architectural design like the above picture. I've been praying and the prayer was answered. Dang it, I should have prayed for Mega Millions or Power Ball instead.
I found a really good book about learning how to do an architectural drawing. I am so excited and the best part is it's free to download. As a matter of fact, I am downloading it right now. It's a 26 MB PDF file and it will be done downloading in about 3 hours, yep, welcome to my world, Indonesia, the handful country with KBPS internet speed, the country where dial up modem still in use (they belong in the museum a decade ago don't you think?)
Anyway, enough the rants, here the book.
